 To be eligible for the Government Scrappage Scheme your vehicle must:

  • Be registered in the UK before 31 August 1999
  • Weigh 3,500kg or less
  • Have a UK address on the registration certificate
  • Have been registered to you for a minimum of 12 months
  • Be registered in your name
  • Have a current MOT test certificate
